Borneo Short-tailed Pythons

(Python breitensteini)

Marble Borneos

The marble was named here at our breeding facility in 1997 after the animals you see in these pictures.  It was named for the marble pattern on the back and the speckled sides.  Other breeders coined our name to some snakes they had with speckling on the sides. If you want true marbles, look for this dorsal pattern. Only a very few breeders are working with our bloodline - look here first when shopping for marbles.

Our ghost short-tailed python was a wild caught neonate.  We raised her to the beautiful animal you see here. We are raising animals  that are double het Ghost x Marble, and in 2002 have crossed her to a T-positive albino red. Here are some animals produced from our ghost line.

This animal has a very unusual dorsal pattern. This year, we will breed her to a marble male. The resulting offspring should be very interesting.

These extreme stripe Borneos were produced in 2003, from stripe to stripe.  The father was the same that produced the striped het for ghost babies.  VPI is producing some wild looking animals from this line of striped animals.

These Borneos are some offspring resulting from the breeding of a stripe to a ghost.  We are hoping to produce some extreme striped ghost babies in the near future.

All Animals sold will be feeding, healthy, and sexed correctly.
